The Schultz Center Leadership Team was recently granted an award by the Florida Association for Staff Development (FASD) for the Schultz Center Leadership Institute's Principal Academy, a three year competency-based program developed to respond to district and principal learning needs. The program is part of a leadership continuum developed in an effort to build leadership capacity and support district administrative pipelines.

On September 20, 2011, Mary Ellen Isaac, Vice President of Leadership Development for the Schultz Center for Teaching and Leadership, and Michele Woodcock, Program Director for Leadership delivered a presentation at the 2011 FASD Leadership Conference, held in St. Petersburg, Fl.
