Registration Policy

Attendance Policy

All participants registered for a course are required to attend/participate/login on the first day. Participants who do not attend/participate/login on the first day of a course for which they are registered, and who have not contacted the Schultz Registrar to indicate their intent, will be dropped from the course. Participants with extenuating circumstances and who are unable to attend/participate/login on the first day of a course must notify Schultz two days prior to the beginning of a course at (904) 348-5757.

Late Registration

For participants intending to join a course which began at an earlier date, please call Schultz at (904) 348-5757. Late registration depends upon the availability of seats within a course, the percentage of classes previously missed by the participant, and the discretion of the instructor. A fee of $50 will be assessed to any participant registering 10 days past the scheduled registration end date.

Religious Observance

Participants, upon prior notification to their instructors, shall be excused from a class to observe a religious holy day of their faith. Participants will be permitted a realistic amount of time to make up the work covered in their absence and will not be penalized due to a religious observance absence.

Credits

It is important that you check with your district’s professional development office to ensure they will accept Schultz’s courses.

Early Certificate Request

A fee of $50 will be assessed to any participant requiring their completion certificate early. Participants are welcome to work ahead however requests for early certificates will incur this fee.

Payment

Tuition payments for courses are expected no later than one week prior to the start date of a course. A participant is not considered officially registered and may not participate in course sessions until fees are paid. Participants who do not pay tuition and fees by the end of the established payment deadline will be dropped from course(s). A dropped status resulting from non-payment forbids a participant to attend or receive credits for courses.

  • Refunds are only provided prior to the start date of a course. Must call for refund.

  • Payment can be made online upon registering for a course, by calling Schultz at (904) 348-5757, or by check/money order submitted to Schultz, 4019 Boulevard Center Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32207. Please be reminded that a seat in any given course is not confirmed until payment is made.

  • It is important for all participants to ensure they have an active email address to receive communication from Schultz. Please reference the “my profile” tab of your registration profile to ensure correct information is listed.
